Instant Perimeter Mission

I mostly use the perimeter program. It is often impossible to plan 3 things just right:
1. Fly height
2. Fly distane (from object)
3. Gimbal pitch
 
Would it be possible to say... we first manually take off the drone... and then we set it to the right height, distance, pitch... then from there we start the program... kinda like a custom perimeter program.

    Why not use the sensors of the drone (mavic, Inspire 2, Matrice series) to maintain a fixed distance from the object at all times? Not only for perimeter but also for all other surveys.
