Add mission flight time estimate

In launch dialog a flight time estimate should be shown and reflect the user choice on the mission speed.Additionally the remaining flight time could also be shown (and updated) during the flight.

Resume mission after battery switch

After pausing a currently executed mission followed by a battery switch, DH should offer to automatically resume the mission at the next waypoint.

Currently google determines when & how long map titles are cached on the users device. Having a "safe bet" solution that guarantees to the user the availability of the map titles would be good.How to Stack overflow
